Note:

• All rooms, balconies and common areas are non-smoking.
• Please have a valid photo ID ready at check in matching your reservation and form of payment. 
• Check-In 4pm   Check-Out 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be guaranteed
• Minimum age requirement is 25..
• One parking space is included with each suite rental. Extra vehicle parking subject to availability and not guaranteed, if not available public paid parking is nearby. 
• NO  pets allowed!
• 48 Hour Cancelation Policy
• Room assignments can not be moved the day of check-in for operational purposes, any special request must be communicated prior to your date of arrival and are not guaranteed. 
  
• Pre-reserved rooms are subject to change without notice.
  
• Reservations booked thru 3rd Party websites and our website are assigned based on rotation, specific request are not guaranteed. 
• Corporate and group/wedding rates are available at many times of the year; please call for details
  
• Please add $10 per day for each additional person over the age of 12, or $50 per week.
• Additional Vehicles subject to $10 per day charge. 
• Pool Open from April 1st- Oct 31st
